Dispatch days are typically twice a week, usually Tuesdays and Fridays. They are processed in chronological order of purchase, unless we have received an email to ask for a quicker dispatch (e.g. if you've a deadline for a birthday gift); in which case your order will be prioritised.
If you order on Wednesday, for example, or any time after items have been dispatched on a Tuesday, your order will be dispatched on the Friday. Typical processing and dispatch times will therefore be between 1-4 days after you place your order. During busier periods, it might be longer. We are grateful for your patience and understanding.
Orders will be dispatched either by:
- Hermes (2 days+ after dispatch for orders that don't include plants)
- UPS (Next day delivery for orders that include plants)
- Collect+ for some European deliveries
- Depending on weight, dimensions and destination, we may use other couriers. You will receive a notification via text and email to let you know when your parcel is on its way.
